一、Customized Process
Based on the data cable design drawings or samples and performance specifications provided by the customer, we will develop molds and produce samples strictly according to your requirements for your confirmation. Option 1: Existing Solution Customization
Using our existing products, we customize the data cable and packaging with new visual designs, and provide rendering images free of charge. Option 2: New Solution Development
When you have higher or more specific requirements, we will develop a brand-new, unique product tailored entirely to your needs.
二、Minimum order quantity
Considering the costs involved in customization, data cable / charging cable customization requires a minimum order quantity. Generally, the MOQ starts at 5,000 pieces, but the quantity can be flexibly adjusted according to your needs.Please note that customized products are exclusive items and, except for quality issues, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
三、Regarding sampling
Free sampling is available. However, if the customer’s sample design requires new molds to be made, a mold fee will be charged before sample production.
If the customer confirms a mass production order with our factory, the mold fee will be refunded after the order is placed or deducted from the total order value.
四、About Pricing
Our pricing is based on product specifications, materials, performance requirements, order quantity, and customization level. We aim to provide competitive, transparent pricing while ensuring stable quality and reliable delivery.
For customized data cables and charging cables, prices may vary depending on design complexity and packaging options. Please contact us with your detailed requirements, and we will provide an accurate quotation accordingly.
五、How to Place an Order
1.Sign the Sales Contract
Both parties confirm the agreed project details and sign a sales contract. The contract includes legally binding terms such as company information, detailed customization requirements, pricing, payment terms and amounts, production and delivery schedules, delivery methods, after-sales service, and dispute resolution.
2.Pay the Deposit
Pay the required deposit to the designated account (official company account with company seal). The deposit is 30% of the total contract value.
3.Production Arrangement
Mass production is carried out strictly according to the approved samples and the terms specified in the contract.
4.Goods Inspection
The finished products are inspected and tested based on the approved samples.
5.Pay the Balance
After inspection and approval of the bulk goods, the remaining balance is paid according to the contract terms.
6.Designated Logistics & Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the logistics provider designated by the customer for shipment.
7.After-Sales Service
